About Hillsboro

Hillsboro is a city and the county seat of Highland County, Ohio, situated at the junction of U.S. Routes 50 and 62. Historic as the 1873 founding site of the Woman's Christian Temperance Union and famous for its annual Festival of the Bells in July, the community of approximately 6,527 is served by the Hillsboro City Schools district.
