Iliff, CO

Iliff is a tiny, peaceful town sitting along the South Platte River in northeastern Colorado, about a 15-minute drive northeast of Sterling along Highway 138. Home to around 250 people, it offers quiet rural living among the wide-open pastures and farm fields of the eastern plains. The community was named after 19th-century cattle baron John Wesley Iliff, and ranching roots remain a big part of the local identity.
