Jamaica is a city in Guthrie County, Iowa, United States. The 2020 census counted 195 residents. Jamaica is part of the Des Moines–West Des Moines Metropolitan Statistical Area. Jamaica was platted in 1882. Near to Jamaica is an octagon barn built in 1881, one of seven in Iowa to be listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The metal band Slipknot filmed the music video for " Psychosocial " here.
