Jamesburg, NJ

Jamesburg is a borough in Middlesex County, New Jersey, situated in the central portion of the state. Incorporated in 1887 from portions of Monroe Township, the community of approximately 5,770 is a classic doughnut town entirely surrounded by Monroe Township. Local recreation is centered around the thirty-acre Manalapan Lake in Thompson Park, and public school students are served by the Jamesburg Public Schools.
