About Kaibito
Kaibito, also rendered Kaibeto or K'ai'Bii'To, is a Navajo Nation community in Coconino County, about 32 miles east of Page and midway between Page and Tuba City. The 2020 census counted 1,540 residents. The settlement sits in a high-desert landscape where long highway distances and tribal institutions shape the local map. The name appears in several spellings, while the place itself is consistent: a community on the eastern side of the county with its own chapter, boarding school, and local programs.

Education and basic services are organized across a broad area. Kaibeto Boarding School serves kindergarten through eighth-grade students, while Page Unified School District and Shonto Preparatory School are part of the nearby educational network. The Kaibeto chapter also lists Head Start, aging, behavioral health, social services, and community health programs among the institutions serving residents. Kaibito's position between Page and Tuba City puts it on a regional route, while the daily shape of the place comes from the Navajo Nation chapter and the schools around it.
