Tucked along the eastern shore of Cass Lake in Oakland County, Keego Harbor is a cozy, pocket-sized community of around 2,700 residents. The town got its start in the early 1900s when developer Joseph Sawyer dug a canal connecting Dollar Lake to Cass Lake and named the settlement after the Ojibwa word for fish.
