Kendall gives you two very different lifestyles depending on which end of town you choose. Local express buses also connect the station area to communities further south. Kendall Drive is home to Baptist Hospital of Miami, a massive medical campus and one of the largest employers in the region, drawing top doctors and specialized care from across South Florida. Along with healthcare, the corridor is packed with shopping centers, casual dining spots, grocery stores, and coffee shops that cater to the busy daily routines of local families and working professionals.

Kendall Indian Hammocks Park is a standout favorite, featuring shaded trails winding through preserved native woods, ball fields, a skate park, and a disc golf course.
