About Kensington

Kensington is a village on the Great Neck Peninsula in the town of North Hempstead, Nassau County, New York. Established in 1904 as an upscale planned residential community on former agricultural land, the village of approximately 1,189 is situated on the North Shore of Long Island. Public education is served by the Great Neck Public Schools district.
