Kimmell is a small, quiet community in western Noble County, Indiana, home to around 400 people. Situated along US-33 between Ligonier and Fort Wayne, it offers peaceful rural living surrounded by open farmland and northern Indiana's lake country. The village grew in the nineteenth century around the local railroad line and was named for the Kimmell family who helped develop it.
