Lake Arbor, MD

Lake Arbor is a Prince George's County census-designated place near Largo and Mitchellville, east of Washington, D.C. It began as Newbridge, a planned development by Levitt & Sons, before the property was renamed Lake Arbor. The community is mostly residential, with townhomes, single-family neighborhoods, schools, and access to Largo-area shopping and transit. When it operated, The Boulevard at the Capital Centre was part of the local commercial landscape. Lake Arbor feels planned, suburban, and closely tied to Prince George's County's middle-class growth.
