Landover Hills, MD

Landover Hills is a quiet, close-knit town in Prince George's County, Maryland, located just northeast of Washington, D.C. Home to around 2,000 residents, the community was incorporated in 1945 during the postwar housing boom and still retains much of its mid-century suburban charm. Most of the town consists of established single-family homes on tree-lined residential streets, with Annapolis Road running along the edge to give locals straightforward access to everyday shops, groceries, and dining.
