Laurel is a city in Yellowstone County, Montana, situated in the Yellowstone Valley within the Billings metropolitan area. Home to a major Cenex Harvest States oil refinery and the massive BNSF Laurel Yard, the community of approximately 7,215 also features the Yellowstone National Cemetery.
