Lawrenceburg, TN

Lawrenceburg is a city and the county seat of Lawrence County, Tennessee, situated on the banks of Shoal Creek near the state's southern border. Named after Navy officer James Lawrence, the community of approximately 11,844 is the home of David Crockett State Park, which occupies the historic site of a powder mill established by Crockett. The town hosts a satellite campus of Columbia State Community College.
