Leander, TX

Leander is a fast-growing Austin suburb in Williamson and Travis counties, about 22 miles northwest of downtown Austin. It began in 1882 on land sold by the Austin and Northwestern Railroad and was named for railroad official Leander "Catfish" Brown.
