About Lisbon

Lisbon is a Waukesha County village northwest of Milwaukee, near communities such as Sussex, Merton, and Menomonee Falls. The local story is more suburban and semi-rural than flashy: homes on larger lots, local roads, schools, and a landscape that still carries some open land between Milwaukee-area growth corridors. The name can be confusing because Wisconsin also has a Town of Lisbon in Juneau County, but this Lisbon is the southeastern Wisconsin village. It is best understood as a quieter Waukesha County residential community.
