Litchfield Beach, SC

Litchfield Beach is an unincorporated coastal community in Georgetown County, part of the Pawleys Island area of South Carolina's Grand Strand. It is known for Litchfield Beach itself, Retreat Beach, and nearby resort communities such as Litchfield-by-the-Sea. Compared with busier Myrtle Beach, the area has a quieter, more residential beach feel, with oceanfront homes, vacation rentals, golf, marshes, and access to the Waccamaw Neck.
