Lititz is a historic borough in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, located nine miles north of the city of Lancaster. Founded by Moravian Church members in 1756 and named after Litice Castle in Bohemia, the community of approximately 9,600 is home to Linden Hall, the nation's oldest continuously operating girls' boarding school.
