About Littlefield

Littlefield is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in the Arizona Strip region of Mohave County, Arizona, situated just south of Interstate 15 along the Virgin River approximately ten miles northeast of Mesquite, Nevada. First settled by Latter-day Saints in 1865, the community had a population of 256 at the 2020 census. Littlefield was historically home to the geographically largest school district in Arizona, and local students today are served by the Littlefield Unified School District.
