Lock Haven is a city and the county seat of Clinton County, Pennsylvania, situated at the confluence of the West Branch Susquehanna River and Bald Eagle Creek. Established in 1833 as a canal timber hub and serving as the home of the Piper Aviation Museum, the community of approximately 8,447 is served by the Keystone Central School District.
