About Lopatcong Overlook
Lopatcong Overlook is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Lopatcong Township, Warren County, New Jersey. It was created as a CDP for the 2010 census, and the 2020 count was 692 residents. The name belongs to the township’s hillside, suburban side of the Phillipsburg area, not to a separate municipality. Lopatcong Township contains the nearby Delaware Park CDP as well, and its roads connect the Delaware River towns with the hills and farms of western Warren County.
The community’s everyday map follows township services. Lopatcong Township School District serves students through eighth grade from its Stonehenge Drive campus, while Route 57 and U.S. 22 carry traffic toward Phillipsburg, Washington, and the Delaware River corridor. The Overlook at Lopatcong development is one of the township’s larger residential areas, set within a municipality that also plans around the New Jersey Highlands landscape. Lopatcong Overlook is therefore a compact residential place with a name that points to terrain and a civic life organized through the surrounding township.
