Manti is a historic city and the county seat of Sanpete County, Utah, situated in the Sanpete Valley. Settled by pioneers in 1849 and dominated by the landmark Manti Utah Temple, which was completed in 1888 on Temple Hill, the community of approximately 3,594 is served by the South Sanpete School District for public education.
