Mantorville, MN

Mantorville is a historic, close-knit town of around 1,100 residents in Dodge County, sitting roughly 15 miles west of Rochester along the Zumbro River. Founded in the 1850s, the community originally grew around its famous local limestone, a soft rock that was easy to carve when freshly quarried and naturally hardened over time. That stone became the literal foundation of the town and was shipped across the region for building projects, giving the entire area a warm, distinct character you notice right away.
