Marietta is a city in and the county seat of Love County, Oklahoma, United States. Marietta is part of the Ardmore, Oklahoma, Micropolitan Statistical Area. For tourism purposes, the Oklahoma Department of Tourism includes it in 'Chickasaw Country'. Downtown Marietta suffered when Interstate 35 was built on the edge of town.
