Marlton, MD

Marlton is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Prince George's County, southeast of Washington, D.C. It is mostly residential, with subdivisions, local schools, churches, and road connections toward Upper Marlboro, Clinton, and the Capital Beltway. Residents are served by Prince George's County Public Schools, including James Madison Middle School in the area. Marlton does not have a big downtown identity; it works more as a suburban community with roomier neighborhoods than the denser inner suburbs closer to the District.
