Perched along the St. Lawrence River right on the Canadian border, Massena is a historic North Country town of about 10,000 residents. Water shapes the landscape here, with the Grasse and Raquette rivers winding through town before joining the main shipping channel. The community has deep industrial roots built on clean hydropower and the Saint Lawrence Seaway.
