Mays Chapel, MD

Mays Chapel is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Baltimore County, west of Timonium across Interstate 83. Mays Chapel Village was developed in the 1970s, giving the area a planned suburban feel rather than an old town-center identity. It is mostly residential, with townhomes, condos, apartments, shopping, and access to nearby schools and parks. Mays Chapel is best understood as a North Baltimore County suburban community, closely tied to Timonium, Lutherville, and the I-83 corridor.
