McFall is a city in Gentry County, Missouri, along Route T near the Grand River. The 2020 Census counted 119 residents in 59 housing units. Missouri Department of Conservation's Elam Bend Conservation Area protects 1,483 acres on an unchannelized stretch of the upper Grand River, with river access, camping, fishing, hunting, and wildlife management; its area map gives directions to McFall from the conservation land. The Missouri Department of Transportation has treated Route T over Fitzgerald Creek west of McFall as a regional bridge project. McFall's present setting combines a compact highway town with a large river corridor and the roads that connect residents to it.
