Medina, WA

Medina is a small, affluent city on a Lake Washington peninsula between Meydenbauer Bay and Evergreen Point. It is mostly residential, with Bellevue School District serving local students and nearby Bellevue providing many of the jobs, shops, and services. Medina's setting is the main story: residential streets, lakefront homes, views, and quick access to both Bellevue and Seattle. It feels private and highly polished, less like a traditional town center and more like one of the Seattle area's most exclusive residential enclaves.
