Mendham, NJ

Mendham is a small Morris County community with deep colonial-era roots and a landscape of hills, streams, and preserved open space. The wider Mendham area was formed from parts of Hanover, Morris, and Roxbury townships in 1749, and waterways such as the North Branch of the Raritan River and the Whippany River help define the terrain. Today Mendham is known for large homes, historic character, parks, and hiking routes including Patriots' Path. It feels rural and affluent despite being within commuting range of New York-area job centers.
