About Mesita

Mesita is a small, peaceful village within the Pueblo of Laguna, nestled against red sandstone mesas about 45 miles west of Albuquerque. Home to around 800 residents, it is one of the Pueblo's six historic settlements and sits right off Interstate 40 along the Rio San Jose. The setting provides expansive desert scenery and a calm, rural lifestyle, while keeping the drive into Albuquerque or Grants relatively quick.
