Millville, NJ

Millville is a Cumberland County city on the Maurice River in southern New Jersey. Its industrial roots go back to mills, a dam, and the Union Estates Company, which helped shape the early settlement along the river. Millville later became known for glassmaking and manufacturing, and today the Levoy Theatre and riverfront redevelopment add cultural life to the older working-city fabric. It feels more South Jersey than shore town: available, historic, spread out, and tied to woods, waterways, industry, and regional arts.
