Sitting right along the south bank of the Arkansas River, Morrison Bluff is a tiny Logan County community of fewer than a hundred people. Life here moves at a quiet, easy pace, surrounded by open countryside, river views, and the historic steeple of Saints Peter and Paul Church. Local kids head to nearby Scranton for school, while Highway 109 gives residents a direct route across the river for work, shopping, and everything else in the valley.
