Mountain Park, GA (CDP)

Mountain Park is a Gwinnett County community in metro Atlanta, located near Lilburn and Stone Mountain. It is a census-designated place rather than the tiny incorporated city of the same name in Fulton County, which can make the name a little confusing. The Gwinnett community is mostly suburban, with residential neighborhoods, schools, and everyday access to the larger Atlanta job market. Its location gives residents a foothold on Atlanta's eastern side while staying closer to county parks, local shopping, and established neighborhoods than to downtown high-rises.
