Munhall is a residential borough in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, situated on the west bank of the Monongahela River. Home to the historic Homestead Library donated by Andrew Carnegie in 1896 and historically hosting major Carnegie Steel operations, the community of approximately 10,548 is served by the Steel Valley School District for public primary and secondary education.
