Navarro, TX

Tucked into the rolling farmland of Navarro County, Navarro is a quiet, tight-knit rural community of around 230 residents. Located along Farm to Market Road 3243, it sits roughly eight miles southeast of Corsicana. The town got its start in the 1880s under the name Hopewell, later shifting a short distance toward the newly laid railroad tracks in the early 1900s. Back then, it bustled as a local hub complete with a cotton gin, blacksmith shops, and neighborhood stores serving area farmers.

Today, Navarro offers peaceful country living with plenty of open space and big Texas skies. Most shopping, dining, schools, and medical services are handled in nearby Corsicana, which is just a quick ten-minute drive up the road. With Richland Chambers Reservoir also close by, residents enjoy a relaxed, spread-out lifestyle where you can easily own a bit of land while keeping everyday essentials within reach.
