About Negaunee

Negaunee is a city in Marquette County in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, situated on the eastern shore of Teal Lake. Established following the 1845 opening of the historic Jackson Iron Mine and hosting the state's only luge track, the historic community of approximately 4,656 is served by the Negaunee Public Schools district locally.
