Neshkoro, WI

Neshkoro is a quiet central Wisconsin village in Marquette County, set right along the scenic White River and its millpond. Named after early settlers Nash and Kora, the community has always revolved around the water. Between the peaceful millpond and the cold-water trout streams winding through the area, it is an easy place to settle into if you enjoy fishing, paddling, and a relaxed, small-town rhythm.

Day-to-day life centers around the town's parks and waterfront spots. You can launch a kayak from Point Park, catch holiday fireworks at River's Edge Park downtown, or bring the family out for the annual Scarecrowfest at Stan-o-Gene Park. Community organizations stay active year-round, too. The local Lions Club hosts everything from weekend campouts and horse shows to live music and ATV runs, giving neighbors plenty of reasons to get outside and connect.
