Newtown, CT

The borough of Newtown is the historic, walkable center of a much larger, wooded Fairfield County town. Life here revolves around Main Street, easily recognized by the 110-foot flagpole standing right in the middle of the roadway, surrounded by preserved colonial homes, steepled churches, and independent shops. It offers a quiet village atmosphere with around 2,000 residents, while Route 25 and Interstate 84 provide quick connections to Danbury, Waterbury, and coastal Connecticut.
