Nissequogue is a village in the town of Smithtown, Suffolk County, New York, situated on the North Shore of Long Island. Incorporated in 1925 and bordered by the Nissequogue River and Stony Brook Harbor, the scenic community of approximately 1,528 features the David Weld Sanctuary. Public education is served by the Smithtown Central School District.
