Oreland, PA

Oreland is a quiet, leafy community in Montgomery County, located just north of Philadelphia. Spanning parts of both Springfield and Upper Dublin townships, it offers a relaxed, small-town atmosphere with convenient access to the city. Its roots trace back to colonial limestone quarries along Limekiln Pike, but today it serves as a comfortable, down-to-earth home for commuters and families.

Because the community is split across two townships, addresses fall into either the Springfield Township or Upper Dublin school districts, both of which have strong reputations. Getting around is easy thanks to Oreland's SEPTA train station, and everyday errands are simple with neighboring towns like Glenside and Chestnut Hill just minutes away for shopping, dining, and weekend outings.
