Otterville is a city in southwest Cooper County, Missouri, United States. The 2020 census counted 440 residents. Otterville was originally called Elkton, and under the latter name was platted in 1837. The present name is after nearby Otter Creek. Otterville is located on routes A and BB three-quarters of a mile north of the county line and U.S. Route 50.
