Oyster Creek, TX

Oyster Creek is a Brazoria County city with water written into both its name and its boundaries. The city is partly bounded on the north by Oyster Creek, and about half its area is covered by water. Its school map runs through Brazosport ISD, with Brazosport College also part of the local education picture. That combination gives Oyster Creek a clear shape without needing much extra decoration: creek, water, schools, and a city line formed around the landscape.
