About Paris

Paris is a historic valley city and the northern seat of government for Logan County, Arkansas, situated five miles south of the Arkansas River. Local history is preserved at the Logan County Museum, housed in a restored jail that was the site of the state's last sanctioned hanging. The town is served by the Paris School District.
