Park View, IA

Tucked just north of Eldridge and a short drive from the Quad Cities, Park View is a quiet, master-planned community of around 2,400 residents in Scott County. Designed with families and outdoor space in mind, the neighborhood features curving residential streets, green parkways, ball fields, and local churches.
