About Pelham Manor
Pelham Manor is a small village in southern Westchester County, just north of the Bronx and near Long Island Sound. Its growth accelerated after the Pelham Manor station opened in 1873 on the Harlem River Branch of the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad. Today the village is residential and polished, with older homes, tree-lined streets, and local shopping around Four Corners at Boston Post Road and Pelhamdale Avenue. It offers a residential suburban feel with New York City very close by.
