Prospect Park is a compact borough in Passaic County, sitting right alongside Paterson, Haledon, and Hawthorne. At less than half a square mile with around 6,400 residents, the town has a dense, residential feel where daily errands and walks across town are part of everyday life. Named around the turn of the twentieth century after Brooklyn's famous park, it offers quiet residential streets while staying closely connected to the shopping and dining in neighboring communities.
