If you plan to buy, pay close attention to winter readiness. Rexburg winters are long and freezing, so energy-efficient windows, good insulation, and dependable heating are must-haves. On weekends, you have some of the region's best outdoor getaways within reach, with the St. Anthony Sand Dunes, Teton Valley, and Yellowstone all an easy drive away.
