Rifton, NY

Tucked along the Wallkill River in Ulster County, Rifton is a quiet hamlet within the town of Esopus. Route 213 winds right through the area, following the curve of the water and rolling wooded hills. While the river powered several busy mills back in the nineteenth century, today the neighborhood offers a calm, scenic setting filled with greenery, river views, and a peaceful rural atmosphere.
