Riva, MD

Riva is a scenic census-designated place in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, located where Riva Road crosses the South River. Positioned west of Edgewater and south of Annapolis, the community of approximately 5,000 has grown rapidly as a residential suburb of the state capital. The area is home to the historic Aisquith Farm Archeological Site, which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991, and features many waterfront subdivisions.
