About Riverside

Set between the Mianus River and Old Greenwich, Riverside is one of the distinct neighborhoods within the Town of Greenwich, whose sections share a single political and taxing body. The 2020 census recorded 8,843 residents in the Riverside census-designated place. Greenwich and Cos Cob lie across the river to the west, while Old Greenwich adjoins it to the east. The neighborhood contains two sites listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is home to Riverside School, the International School at Dundee, and Eastern Middle School.
